🔄 ORDERS
How do I start a teamwear order?
You can start by choosing from our ready-to-customise design templates or by submitting your own design through our custom teamwear request form. We’ll work with you to fine-tune the design and get it ready for production.
What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- Re:Kit teamwear designs: 10 pieces
- Custom teamwear designs: 12 pieces
- Re-orders: 6 pieces
- Orders below MOQ can still be fulfilled with additional charges (subject to production availability).
Can I re-order a past design?
Yes! Just provide your previous order reference or team name and we’ll take care of the rest. MOQ for re-orders is 6.
Can I make changes to an order after it’s placed?
Changes can be made up to 2 days after order submission. After that, changes may not be possible due to our production process.

Can I add sponsors, names, or numbers?
Absolutely! These customisations are included in the price.
Do you offer alternate kits (e.g. goalkeeper)?
Yes, alternate colour kits for goalkeeper/libero positions are available and can match your primary design.
What materials and colours do you offer?
We have a wide selection of materials and colours. For bulk orders, we offer Pantone colour matching.
Do you offer long sleeve jerseys?
Yes! Long sleeve options are available for an additional charge and can be mixed into your order.
What file types do you accept for logos?
Preferred: AI, EPS, or SVG
Also accepted: PNG or JPG (subject to tracing fees if low-resolution)
💳 PAYMENT
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance must be settled before delivery. Deposits are non-refundable after confirmation.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Definitely! Discounts begin for orders of 30 or more. Contact us for a personalized quote.
📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver islandwide in Singapore and also offer international shipping. Charges depend on destination and order size.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our typical turnaround time is 3–4 weeks, depending on order complexity and volume.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, self-collection can be arranged from our office. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We’ll confirm your shipping details before dispatch. If there’s an error, just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll help correct it.
📄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns for customised items?
Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or errors.
How long do I have to request a return?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
What qualifies as a defect?
- Incorrect sizes
- Print or design errors
- Structural defects

🧼 CARE & SIZING
What are the care instructions for your products?
- Turn garments inside out for washing
- Use cold or warm water and mild detergent
- Do not bleach, iron prints directly, or tumble dry on high heat
- Hang dry in the shade
What sizing do you offer?
Our range includes unisex and kids’ sizes. Size charts are available, but please allow for slight variations due to manufacturing.
