Refund & Return Policy

At Pivot Sports, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom sportswear and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are processed.
1. Custom Teamwear
Due to the personalized nature of custom teamwear, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items unless they are defective or do not match the approved design specifications.
Defects and Errors:
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or design errors, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Defects may include, but are not limited to:
Incorrect sizing (e.g., you ordered a Large but received a Medium)
Structural faults
Permanent marks or damage not part of the design
Printing errors (e.g., incorrect names or numbers)
Missing design elements as per the approved mockup
Please note that minor variations in color and sizing may occur due to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
To initiate a return or exchange for defective items:
Contact us at pivotsportsapparel@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Provide photographic evidence of the defect or error.
Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. Casual Wear and Non-Custom Items
For non-customized items, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is provided.
To process a return or exchange:
Contact us at info@pivotsports.com.sg with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pivotsports.com.sg.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@pivotsports.com.sg.
5. Shipping
To return your product, please contact us for the mailing address.
Customers are responsible for paying their shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over SGD 75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
